Alishan Tea - A Well-known Tea
Alishan oolong tea, also called Gaoshan tea or high mountain tea, is a high mountain oolong tea grown in the central mountains of Taiwan. It is a slow-growing tea and is harvested only twice a year.

You can brew formosa oolong tea ( Taiwan oolong tea) using a teapot with a strainer if you make the drink fo a few family members.It is beautiful to watch the dry loose tea leaf unfurl into nice whole leaves while steeping in the pot. Importantly,our gaoshan tea can be brewed up to 3 times.
How to brew the Alishan oolong tea?
Warm up the teapot with boiling water, put about 1-2 Tsp gaoshan tea loose leaf, pour a small amount of boiling water into the tea, and immediately pour out. This helps to damp tea leaves, wash and help them to start steeping.
After that pour 8 fl.oz of boiling water which is about 85-95°C (185-205°F) and cover the teapot for 3-5 minutes, and then enjoy.
Our Taiwan gaoshan oolong tea soup has a pretty golden color. It has a very light mellow flavor - very good, smooth, and easy to drink, and a deep and complex flavor profile, also has a floral and slightly sweet taste to it. The texture is light and has a hint of honey on the tongue, very refreshing every morning.Also, you can add some mint or ice cube, it is a very delicately flavored tea that needs to be sipped mindfully to be appreciated.
